- Location: Bridgewater College, Carter Center for Worship and Music
- Fees: $80 - Based on 30 participants minimum; see Fee Information Below; Price may DROP! Fee includes:
- Charter Bus
- Your Copy of all of the Music
- A Black Folder
- From Bridgewater College - a free event T-shirt, too!
- Deadlines: Tuesday, Sept. 3
- Transportation: Charter Bus
- Lunch: Pack Your Own Lunch (and dinner) or purchase food from the Bridgewater College Dining Hall (there is a chance one meal will be provided—we'll let you know if so!).

- All music will be learned/rehearsed that day. There is no need to prep, but feel free to if you are so inclined. (From Mr. Paul: I have copies of the Music, or you can use the links below for practice. You will receive an original copy to keep!)
- Students will need:
- Black Folder (from Mr. Paul - You’ll get one to keep)
- Pencil(s)
- Water Bottle
- Concert Attire - Your own HS Choir T-shirt (if you have one), plain colored t-shirt, blue jeans, Chucks (Converse), sneakers (no sandals or flip-flops). No Concert Black and White—that’s boring.
- The Bridgewater College Music Department will provide all directors and students with FREE T-shirts.
- Schedule
- 7:30 AM - Load Bus at FHS/Depart for Bridgewater College
- 9:30 AM - Arrive at Bridgewater College, Carter Center Concert Hall
- 9:45 AM - Placement/seating on stage
- 10:00 AM - Rehearsal
- 12:30 PM - Lunch
- 1:15 PM - Rehearsal
- 5:00 PM - Dinner
- 6:00 PM - Warmup
- 6:30 PM - Concert
- 7:15 PM - Load Bus/Depart for FHS
- 9:00 PM - Return to FHS/Dismissal
- Fees - $80*
- We calculate the $80 fee using a minimum of 30 participants. If more than 30 people go, the price will drop, and we will refund you the difference in cash on the day of the trip.
- If we sell ALL seats on the charter bus, the price drops to around $50 each.
- Students will receive a CASH refund on the day of the trip for any amount reflecting the price drop, which we will know once the registration closes.
- We MUST initially charge everyone the $80 to meet our 30 minimum. There is no way around setting this amount because of how charter bus rentals work.
- We calculate the $80 fee using a minimum of 30 participants. If more than 30 people go, the price will drop, and we will refund you the difference in cash on the day of the trip.
- Lunch: Pack Your Own Lunch (and dinner) or purchase food from the Bridgewater College Dining Hall (there is a chance one meal will be provided—we'll let you know if so!).
- KRHS Students Only - If you have any questions that your teacher cannot answer, please email director@fauquiermusic.net, but you must do so from a personal account. Your fcps1schools.net account cannot send to this address.
